COUNSELLING
The sessions are one to one sessions in and around London, if you are unable to come to one of the rooms in London then give us a call and we can see what we can do. Online sessions are available via Zoom, Face time & WhatsApp. Please see below in the next section for more options.
Therapy
Fees- £85 per session (50 mins)
Sessions are once a week.
I do operate with sliding scales for cost depending on your financial circumstances. Having access to therapy is for important for everyone and shouldn't be at a detriment to your daily life.
This will start from £40.
CBT
Fees- £45 per session (50 mins) per session.
If booked in advanced-
- £ 250 for 6 sessions
-£ 495 for 12 sessions
Life Coaching
Fees- £ 40 per session
- £220 for 6 Sessions
- £440 for 12 sessions
For international payment it will be converted via Square/Paypal.
WHERE WE WILL WORK TOGETHER
We will work together to find the best possible way for you to get what you need out of therapy. My face-face work is in London (North, East, South & West), Middlesex and some parts of Hertfordshire.
Going to therapy may be a challenge in itself for some, so I also offer zoom & telephone sessions for those who prefer this method and also for those who live outside of London & for International clients.
Finally, there is the option to work outside of the counselling room. This will suit those who prefer to be in nature for grounding work and for those who prefer to not be in enclosed spaces whilst having therapy. If this is your preferred option then together we will ensure that it is Covid19 safe and adhere to the current regulations.
I offer a lot of flexibility so that we are not limited in our work together.
